Volatilo publishes a weekly record of Amazon sales rank movement and the signals derived from it. If something in that record looks wrong, or you want it changed or taken down, this is the address that reaches a person.

Corrections to a record

Every figure Volatilo shows is a single reading taken on a stated date, not a live value, so a number that no longer matches Amazon today is usually not an error — it is last week's reading doing its job. What is worth writing about is a figure that was wrong when it was read: a rank attributed to the wrong product, a price that never applied to the listing shown, a product matched to the wrong category.

Please include the page URL and the observation date printed on it. Those two together identify the exact reading; without them a correction cannot be traced to a row.

Removal requests

If you are a seller, brand or rights holder and want a product record removed from the site, write with the ASIN and the page URL and say what you want taken down. You do not need to make a legal argument for us to look at it.

Volatilo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Amazon or Keepa, and cannot act on anything hosted by either of them — only on what is published here.

Method and sources

Questions about how a signal is computed, what a rank column measures, or why a product entered or left a watchlist are welcome. The method is set out in full on the method page, and summarised in the footer of every category page.

What we cannot help with

Volatilo sells nothing and handles no orders. Anything to do with a purchase, a return, a seller account or a listing itself belongs with Amazon.

For continuous, high-resolution price and rank history — rather than the one reading a week Volatilo publishes — go to keepa.com. Keepa account and subscription questions go to Keepa directly; we cannot answer them.

Data source & attribution

The underlying Amazon market data on this site is retrieved via the Keepa API. Keepa is the source of the sales rank, price, rating and review figures Volatilo records. Volatilo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Keepa.

Nothing on this site is live. Volatilo reads each tracked product once a week and records the date of that reading. Every figure shown is therefore a dated historical observation, not a current price, rank or availability status. Amazon prices and availability change continuously and without notice.

For granular data, go to Keepa. Volatilo publishes one reading a week and a small set of derived weekly signals. Keepa holds the continuous, high-resolution record — full price history graphs across every offer type, rank history at fine granularity, price-drop alerts and product tracking. Anyone who needs the detailed article rather than a weekly summary is better served directly at keepa.com.

About Volatilo is written and published by one named person, working alone. Who runs this, and how it is paid for.
Method Every figure here is one reading taken on a stated date. How this record is built, and what it deliberately does not publish.
